Company "Eco-Express-Service" has a wide experience in designing of various hydraulic engineering structures (19 years of work, hundreds of successful projects). On this basis a simple method has been developed for predicting the approximate level of future environmental and economic damage from the planned hydraulic engineering already at the very first, concept design stage. The method is introduced by the example of projects implemented in the Gulf of Finland of the Baltic Sea.
