Razvitie portovyh kompleksov i uvelichenie gruzooborota okazyvaet znachitel'noe davlenie na ekosistemy vostochnoy chasti Finskogo zaliva (VChFZ). Naibolee chuvstvitel'nymi k antropogennomu vozdeystviyu, svyazannomu so znachitel'nymi ob'emami gidrotehnicheskih rabot, takimi kak sozdanie iskusstvennyh namyvnyh territoriy, uglubleniya vnov' stroyaschihsya i suschestvuyuschih podhodnyh kanalov i razvorotnyh krugov, razmescheniya grunta v podvodnye otvaly, yavlyayutsya bentosnye soobschestva, kak naimenee podvizhnye predstaviteli vodnoy ekosistemy i vazhnye elementy troficheskoy sistemy. Ocenka stepeni vliyaniya gidrotehnicheskih rabot, kotorye svyazany s razlichnymi faktorami, mogut byt' oceneny na osnove indikatornogo podhoda. Dannyy podhod pozvolyaet vyyavit' nalichie i vozmozhnuyu otnositel'nuyu chuvstvitel'nost' k antropogennomu davleniyu pri realizacii razlichnyh proektov gidrotehnicheskih proektov.
